Job Title Civil Supervisor Location PUNE NASHIK Experience Required 5-10 years We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a background in CPWD government building projects The candidate should be capable of handling site supervision labour management and ensuring smooth execution of works as per drawings specifications and CPWD standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil works including concreting masonry plastering reinforcement finishing etc Ensure work is executed as per CPWD specifications drawings and quality standards Manage and monitor labour deployment productivity and discipline at site Coordinate with engineers contractors and clients for smooth execution Maintain daily site records work progress reports and manpower details Enforce site safety housekeeping and compliance with statutory norms Assist in resolving technical site-related issues promptly Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within quality standards Key Requirements Education Diploma ITI Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience 5-10 years in CPWD government building projects Strong knowledge of CPWD norms construction practices and site execution Ability to manage site works independently with good coordination skills Willing to relocate and work at any site across India NOTE IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE MORE PREFERRED Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Golaghat Assam Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s How soon you can join Reason for leaving job Total year of experience in building construction Current in-hand salary Expected in-hand salary Notice Period Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Construction 5 years Required Language Hindi Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
