Job Title: IT Sales Executive (US Clients)

Location: Noida Sector-62 (Initially Patel Nagar, New Delhi for 2-3 months)

About the Role:

Are you a highly driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a talent for closing deals TechCarrel is looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to focus exclusively on growing our US client base.

In this crucial role, you'll be the bridge between our innovative software development services and American businesses. We're seeking someone who not only understands complex technical concepts but can also translate them into clear value, build lasting relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets. If you thrive on acquiring new clients, ensuring their long-term success, and contributing directly to our revenue growth, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Driving US Client Acquisition:

- Generate and qualify leads from US-based clients, primarily using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Close high-value deals, aiming for a minimum of $5,000 USD per deal and a monthly target of $20,000$25,000.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and consultative selling to successfully closing contracts.

Building Lasting Client Partnerships:

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention, aiming for zero churn by building strong, long-term relationships and offering tailored solutions.
- Secure recurring revenue through proactive account management and consistent follow-ups.

Mastering Technical Communication & Documentation:

- Clearly explain complex technical concepts related to software development processes, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and SDLC directly to clients, without needing developer support.
- Create professional Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and scope documents that accurately detail project needs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for our project teams.

Ensuring Seamless Project Handoffs:

- Facilitate smooth transitions of new clients to our project management teams, ensuring all requirements, expectations, and client nuances are accurately transferred.

Leveraging Sales Platforms & Data:

- Become an expert in Upwork's policies, bidding strategies, and profile optimization to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) like lead conversion rates, deal timelines, and monthly targets using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.

Exemplifying Professional Communication:

- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Apply a deep understanding of client psychology to tailor pitches, negotiate effectively, and convey precise requirements to ensure successful project execution.
