Education - Degree in Engineering Work Experience 5 Years Working Knowledge Requirement: Understanding of automotive/engineering product prototype manufacturing function. Knowledge of TQM/TPM/lean manufacturing etc. Knowledge of engineering product design and development including TS 16949, CAD,CAM, PLM,Rapid Prototyping techniques. Management of shop floor. Knowledge of quality systems and tools such as kaizen, six sigma, 5S, line layouts and line balancing, Industrial Engg. & productivity expertise,, safety norms, Contract labour mgt.
