Job Title Purchase Coordinator Company Ramsons Perfumes Location Dombivli Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time About the Company Ramsons Perfumes is a leading name in the fragrance industry offering a wide range of premium perfumes and body sprays With a commitment to quality and innovation we continue to expand our footprint across domestic and international markets Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to manage the procurement process efficiently The ideal candidate will oversee vendor management contract negotiation inventory monitoring and timely procurement to support business operations effectively Key Responsibilities Procurement Management Handle the end-to-end procurement process from identifying requirements to ensuring timely delivery from vendors Supplier Relations Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing consistent quality and reliability Negotiation Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective and value-driven purchasing Inventory Control Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory coordinating with warehouse teams for optimization Purchase Order Coordination Collaborate with management for purchase order approvals and maintain all related documentation Logistics Transportation Coordinate internal and external transportation track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries Documentation Compliance Maintain accurate purchasing records vendor details and compliance documentation Order Tracking Track purchase orders follow up on shipments and resolve procurement-related issues promptly Skills Competencies Excellent communication skills for supplier and internal coordination Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Solid understanding of procurement procedures and best practices Proficiency in ERP systems inventory management tools Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain roles preferably in the perfume FMCG or manufacturing sectors Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
