We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team The role involves managing vendor relationships ensuring timely procurement of raw materials packaging items and supporting smooth supply chain operations Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and documentation Assist in vendor evaluation negotiation and price comparison Follow up on deliveries and ensure adherence to timelines Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team Requirements Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration Supply Chain or related field Minimum 2 -5 Years of experience in procurement or purchase function Manufacturing Sectors Candidates mostly preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficency in both Hind English What We Offer Opportunity to grow in the Manufacturing industry Exposure to procurement processes and vendor management Collaborative and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 12 395 18 - 37 053 00 per month Work Location In person
