This role combines strategic partnerships with agencies, online platforms and educational institutions across India. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about international education. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage B2B partnerships with study abroad agencies, educational institutions, and upskilling platforms. - Conduct partner training and co-marketing activities. - Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to final enrollment. - Track KPIs, report performance, and provide market insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and optimize results. - Support partners to counsel and convert students across the sales funnel, ensuring strong enrollment outcomes. - Experiment with new growth strategies and channels to optimize results. Requirements - 13 years experience in growth, partnerships, or sales within edtech, study abroad, or higher education. - Proven success in B2B partnerships and B2C student conversions. - Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Data-driven, target-focused, and comfortable using CRM/reporting tools. - Willingness to travel for partner and student engagement.
