Job Summary The Treasury & Banking Analyst / Manager will support and manage all treasury and banking operations at the Group level. This includes daily cash flow tracking, loan management, banking documentation, fund utilisation monitoring, bank reconciliation oversight, and supporting treasury-related compliance. The role works closely with the Head Banking, Treasury, Taxation & Compliance to ensure liquidity planning, bank coordination, treasury discipline, and timely execution of financial transactions. It also provides analytical inputs on interest costs, debt structure, cash requirements, and treasury KPIs. This position requires someone structured, dependable, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multi-entity treasury operations and maintaining strong banking relationships. Roles & Responsibilities A. Daily Treasury Operations - Monitor daily cash balances for all group entities. - Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly fund flow statements. B. Cash Flow Planning & Liquidity Management - Assist in preparing liquidity forecasts for operational, project, and capex requirements. - Support the Head in planning inter-company transfers and fund allocations. - Ensure adequate liquidity for vendor payments, finance repayments, and statutory dues. - Identify surplus cash available for short-term deployment. C. Loan & Borrowing Management - Maintain detailed loan registers: Sanction amounts, Drawdowns, Interest schedules, Repayment schedules, Collateral records, Bank covenants - Prepare and verify monthly interest calculations. - Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, renewals, enhancements, and compliance submissions. D. Banking Coordination & Operations - Act as the primary point of contact for routine banking activities. - Coordinate with bank officials for: Account openings, Mandate updates, Signatory changes, KYC documentation, Facility documentation. - Manage banking instruments (chequebooks, tokens, net-banking access). E. Treasury Documentation & Compliance - Maintain repositories of all banking & treasury-related documentation. - Ensure timely submission of stock statements, DP statements, CMA data, or other bank-required information. - Track due dates for renewals, reviews, limit renewals, and banking submissions. F. Interest Cost Tracking & Treasury KPIs - Maintain dashboards for treasury KPIs such as: Debtequity ratios, Interest coverage, Utilisation vs sanctioned limits, Working capital cycles. - Assist in benchmarking banking charges and identifying optimisation opportunities. G. Bank Reconciliations - Coordinate with accounts teams to ensure reconciliations are accurate & updated. - Highlight unreconciled entries or unusual items requiring resolution. Qualifications & Requirements Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting - MBA (Finance), CA (Inter) or related qualifications preferred Work Experience - 37 years in treasury, banking operations, accounts, or corporate finance - Experience with multi-bank or multi-entity treasury operations is an advantage Technical Skills - Strong understanding of banking processes, loan structures, and treasury operations - Good analytical skills for fund flow planning and interest cost tracking - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (must) - Familiarity with accounting systems and ERP platforms What We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who is: - Highly dependable and structured in execution - Strong follow-up skills and documentation discipline - Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly - Clear communication and coordination skills - Ability to handle multi-entity treasury workflows - Someone aligned with Saboo RKS Group's values of integrity, consistency, and responsibility.
