Job Title: Telecaller Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 1 year About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of calling or customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities while working remotely. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. - Explain company services/products clearly and address basic queries. - Follow a structured calling script when required and maintain call quality. - Track daily calls, update CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. - Coordinate with the sales/business development team to route qualified leads. - Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during customer interactions. - Required Skills - Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales - Strong communication skills in English. - Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling ability. - Familiarity with CRM tools, lead sheets, or calling dashboards. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection.
