Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Prospects and potential students, explaining the academy’s courses and services, following up on leads, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. The Tele Caller will also assist in enrolling students in courses and providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective students. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Fluency in multiple languages like Telugu, Hindi and English and any other languages will be a benefit Need to work on Daily Targets Best Suites who are working from Home. High school diploma or equivalent higher education preferred Salary: Base: 8000 rupees + 500 Rupees for successful enrolments for each Student
