The NGO Coordinator oversees planning implementation monitoring and evaluation of programmes projects They ensure alignment with the NGO s mission coordinate among stakeholders manage resources ensure compliance and report on progress They act as a bridge between field teams beneficiaries partners and senior management Key Responsibilities Here are typical responsibilities for the role Project Planning Implementation Develop plans monthly quarterly annual to achieve project objectives Oversee day to day implementation of project activities in the field Ensure timelines budgets and quality standards are met Monitoring Evaluation Reporting Monitor progress of project indicators ensure data is collected verified and analysed Prepare and submit reports monthly quarterly annual to donors leadership board etc Conduct field visits quality checks and feedback to field staff Stakeholder Management Networking Liaise with local communities partner organisations CSOs CBOs government agencies Build and maintain relationships with funders donors media etc Resource Budget Management Develop project budgets monitor spending ensure efficient use of resources Manage logistics procurement and assets related to the project Team coordination Capacity Building Supervise mentor and support field staff volunteers Conduct or organise training sessions workshops when needed Job Responsibilities Communication Documentation Prepare project documents proposals tools SOPs manuals Maintain updated records databases documentation of field activities Compliance Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with relevant laws donor regulations and NGO policies Ensure quality and ethical standards in interactions with beneficiaries Fundraising Resource Mobilisation if applicable Assist with proposal writing support donor reporting Explore opportunities for partnerships grants etc Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
