Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and prescription medications. Conduct periodic audits and quality checks to ensure safety and adherence. 5. Collaboration & Clinical Support Work with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Provide input on drug therapy, dosage adjustments, and alternative medications. Support clinical trials, research, or hospital pharmacy initiatives, if applicable. 6. Health & Safety Practices Educate staff and patients on safe handling of medications.
