Designation: Ops Manager - Design About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving operational problems & for driving NPS and CSAT scores across Sales, RM and PM departments to minimise & optimise TAT for customer deliverables cross cross-functional coordination. Role and Responsibilities:- - To ensure that the TAT around Sales - RM - PM Handover is under control - To reduce Cancellation % - To ensure timely payment in the RM Stage - To work around bottlenecks in the Sales - RM handover & also in the RM-PM handover - To manage NPS & CSAT scores during this stage Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in operations management - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits - Exposure to cutting-edge technologies - Inclusive and collaborative work culture
