Job Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Business Development:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in engineering institutions, high-end schools, and
other academic entities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to faculty, management, and procurement teams.
2.Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyse the educational robotics market and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on trends and needs within the robotics and automation training domain.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and materials for the education sector.
3.Customer Engagement and Support:
- Partner with institutions to design customized robotics laboratory solutions.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams for product queries and training.
4.Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership.
- Gather feedback to refine products and services based on institutional needs.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
