Housekeeping Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations (guest rooms, public areas, linen, laundry). - Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and laundry staff. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. - Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, guest amenities, and ensure timely procurement. - Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs. - Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly. - Enforce hygiene, safety, and brand standards. - Track and control housekeeping costs and reduce waste. - Prepare housekeeping reports and participate in daily briefings. Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field. - 35 years of housekeeping experience with 12 years in a supervisory/managerial role. - Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. - Familiarity with housekeeping management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
