Senior Executive – Accounts 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Experience: 6-8 Years 🏢 Industry: IT Infrastructure / Technology Services 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced accounting professional to join our finance team as Senior Executive – Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete spectrum of accounting and financial functions — from bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting to statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Audits. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while supporting management with timely insights and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about building robust financial systems that enable business growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. - Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closures, and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Oversee GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances — including return preparation, payment, reconciliation, and statutory filings. - Handle audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory audits. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial summaries to support business and management decisions. - Manage banking operations including fund flow management, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting. - Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations, Procurement) for accounting and reporting accuracy. Key Requirements - Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com . - Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an IT or technology-driven organization. - Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST laws, Income Tax, TDS, and Audit procedures. - Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
