We are looking for an experienced Sr Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other shipping & logistics solutions (TMS, Freight Forwarding, TOS). The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in distributed systems, backend development, and database management.

**Immediate Joiners**

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable WMS and logistics solutions.
- Build and optimize distributed systems for high performance and reliability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.
- Ensure secure and efficient data handling while optimizing system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scalability and performance challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement features.
- Document technical solutions and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, databases, and design patterns.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Forwarding, or TMS solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and articulate technical challenges & solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in distributed system performance analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of scalability, high availability, and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
