Job Description - Oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho (mandatory experience required). - Manage product listings, catalogue updates, and ensure content aligns with each platform's guidelines. - Create and optimize A+ Content to enhance product visibility and conversion. - Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns and promotions across platforms must have experience handling large-scale campaigns to drive visibility and sales. - Manage and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads) to maximize ROI and improve performance. - Develop and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and offers to maximize conversions and profitability. - Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch. - Generate, maintain, and analyze Excel-based reports covering sales, inventory, returns, and performance metrics. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and apply best practices for improving platform performance. - Coordinate with platform account managers and internal teams for issue resolution, campaign planning, and optimization. - Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for marketplace partners and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution. Requirements- - 34 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. - Proven experience in large-scale campaign management across major e-commerce marketplaces. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.). - Experience in creating and optimizing A+ Content and running paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces. - Good understanding of e-commerce pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management. - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
