Our Bilaspur luxury jewellery showroom offers an exclusive range of gold, diamond, polki, jadau, and fine jewellery collections. We are inviting applications for an experienced and high-performing Senior Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team. Role: Senior Jewellery Sales Professional Bilaspur Experience: 2+ years in jewellery Industry: Luxury Retail Key responsibilities: 1. Deliver an exceptional luxury sales experience with personalised customer service. 2. Handle customer queries, special orders, and post-sales support professionally. 3. Maintain showroom display standards and ensure high visual merchandising quality. 4. Support team coordination, assist junior sales executives, and ensure smooth store operations. 5. Manage billing follow-ups, stock checks, and documentation as per SOPs. 6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth. Requirements: 1. Minimum 2+ years of jewellery sales experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail. 2. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) with excellent grooming. 3. Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and provide a refined customer experience. 4. Sound knowledge of diamonds, polki, jadau, gold, and gemstone jewellery. 5. Target-driven, confident, and capable of handling high-value clients. 6. Strong team orientation, discipline, and problem-solving ability.
