Location: India | Workplace: On-site Role & Responsibilities - Drive in-store sales by engaging customers, qualifying needs, and recommending jewellery solutions to meet style and budget preferences. - Demonstrate product features and craftsmanship, explain metal and gemstone properties, and build customer confidence through accurate product knowledge. - Manage point-of-sale transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling and sales records. - Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive displays that highlight featured collections and promotions. - Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, conversion of leads, and retention strategies to encourage repeat business. - Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and timely reporting of sales metrics to store management.
