Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple Odoo ERP projects from initiation to delivery. - Coordinate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions. - Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure quality implementation. - Monitor project progress and resolve any risks or issues proactively. - Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams for status updates. - Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deployment. - Manage change requests and maintain documentation for all project stages. - Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction. - Continuously improve project management processes and team performance. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - 3+ years of project management experience in IT (Odoo ERP experience preferred). - Strong understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - PMP, Scrum Master, or Odoo certification will be a plus.
