Job Title: Reporting and Performance Management, AS

Location: Mumbai, India

- The role is part of a desk extension team in PB CFO and supports the CFO / Performance Management team in Germany having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your key responsibilities

- Extensive Involvement in Flash, Actual and Planning processes, including relevant explains, interacting with the regional/central CFOs and Performance Mgmt teams / business heads where required
- Analysing and providing detailed level commentaries for YoY, QoQ, MoM variances
- Ensuring timely completion of month end process and GGL restatement process
- Ensure proper and audit-proof documentation of reporting processes in accordance with internal KOPs and control framework
- Monthly / Weekly Revenue / Flow / Volume reporting & analysis for senior management
- Involvement in planning and budgeting exercise for Private Bank in collaboration with business and Coverage CFO teams
- Streamlining reportings and driving automation initiatives within Private Bank
- Drive automation of reporting process eg: within divisional strategic projects or via self developed solutions
- Understanding of Gen AI and Co-Pilot to support innovation across business processes
- Conduct various ad hoc analysis and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular planning and forecasting processes
- Other CFO tasks as necessary

Your skills and experience

- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 2-7 years
- Experience in Accountancy or Management Consulting
- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Very Good Excel working knowledge
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector
