Job Description Description The Territory Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service operations within a specific territory in India. Responsibilities - Develop and implement service strategies for the assigned territory. - Manage and lead a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Act as the main point of contact for customer service issues and escalations. - Analyze service performance metrics and generate reports for management. - Conduct regular training sessions for the service team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align service strategies with business goals. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - 8-12 years of experience in service management or related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in service management software and tools. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
