The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Java and related frameworks. Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot - Work with Gradle/Maven for build automation and Kafka for event-driven messaging - Implement JPA/Hibernate for database interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features - Apply TDD/BDD practices to ensure code quality and maintainability - Design and implement solutions using microservices architecture - Develop and optimize applications leveraging Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) - Participate in Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives - Write well-structured, reusable, and secure code following best practices - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications Core Skills - Java - Spring MVC, Spring Boot - Microservices - Gradle or Maven - Kafka - JPA or Hibernate Additional Skills - Test Driven Development (TDD) / Behavior Driven Development (BDD) - OOPS, Data Structures, Functional Programming - Design Patterns - Event Driven Systems - Microservices Architecture - Docker - AWS / Azure Other Essential Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and service-oriented architecture - Passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code - Awareness of Secure Coding Principles
