Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our Paytm team in Delhi. The role involves promoting Paytm's payment solutions and products to merchants, retailers, and small businesses, while ensuring strong relationship management and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm products (QR code, Soundbox, EDC machines, etc.) - Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to ensure continued usage and satisfaction - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets - Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for merchants - Collect market feedback and report competitor activities - Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during merchant onboarding Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles - Self-motivated and target-oriented - Comfortable with field work and local travel Perks and Benefits: - Attractive salary + performance-based incentives - Travel and mobile reimbursement - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within Paytm - Training and skill development programs Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Field-based role) Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary depending on business needs) How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume Contact -8447378256
