Role Description: TheAssistant General Manager/General Manager - Yarn Marketing Exportwill be responsible for leading RCIL's international sales and marketing initiatives. This includes handling key accounts and driving the growth of100% Dyed & Grey yarn,Grey Synthetic,PV Dyed,100% Acherelic,100% Politer, andViscose Dyedproducts. The position will involve managing key international markets, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, and supporting business development to ensure continued expansion on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have expertise in thesuiting and shirting industry, and will be tasked with managing markets acrossAfrica, Algeria, Middle East countries, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, and Belgium. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: - Develop and execute sales strategies for global markets to drive RCIL's business growth. - Identify new opportunities and potential markets, especially in the regions listed, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals. Market Expansion: - Lead efforts to expand the company's presence in international markets, focusing on high-growth regions such as Africa, Algeria, the Middle East, and others. - Implement tactical initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and sales. Sales Management: - Lead the sales team in achieving international sales targets. - Monitor sales performance, address challenges, and ensure continuous improvement in processes. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients. - Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring long-term partnerships. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. - Ensure effective communication, training, and alignment of team goals with overall business objectives. Export Documentation & Compliance: - Oversee all aspects of export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. - Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective export processes. Reporting & Performance Monitoring: - Monitor and report on the performance of the export sales team. - Prepare regular updates for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Branding & Promotion: - Lead the creation and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to elevate RCIL's brand in international markets. - Collaborate with marketing teams to organize global trade events, promotions, and advertising campaigns. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree inBusiness Administration, International Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field. - Posting Location:Mumbai - 10-15 yearsof experience inyarn marketing, international sales, or export management, with at least5 yearsin a leadership position. - Strongstrategic thinking,leadership, andcommunication skills. - Experience working withinternational markets, particularly in theMiddle East,Africa,Brazil,Mexico,Turkey, andBelgium. - Proven track record insales growth, client management, andmarket expansion.
