Job Title Driver Location Al Azhar Medical College and Super Speciality Hospital Kerala Department Administration Transport Employment Type Full-time Job Purpose To provide safe and efficient transportation services for hospital staff patients and official materials while maintaining the vehicle in good condition and ensuring adherence to all traffic rules and safety regulations Key Responsibilities Safely operate assigned vehicles ambulance staff vehicles or other hospital vehicles Transport patients doctors staff or medical supplies as per hospital requirements Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as scheduled or instructed Maintain vehicle cleanliness hygiene and basic mechanical condition Carry out daily checks oil water brakes tires etc and report issues to the transport supervisor Maintain a daily log of mileage routes fuel usage and trip details Comply with traffic laws and hospital protocols at all times Assist in loading unloading patients or equipment when necessary Report any accidents vehicle malfunctions or delays immediately Support emergency transport services when needed on-call basis Qualifications and Requirements Minimum qualification SSLC High School pass Valid LMV Light Motor Vehicle driving license preference for candidates with badge license for ambulance driving Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules Physically fit alert and with good vision Polite responsible and professional behavior Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or night shifts if required Preferred Skills Basic vehicle maintenance skills Ability to handle emergency transport calmly and efficiently Familiarity with GPS and route planning Basic understanding of English or Malayalam for communication Working Conditions May be required to work long hours or shifts Exposure to hospital and emergency environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 450 18 - 20 767 03 per month Work Location In person
