Job Description Architectural Design Leadership: - Lead the overall architectural vision and design strategy for real estate and infrastructure projects - Drive the design process from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with client and business objectives Design Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment: - Coordinate across internal teams and external consultants to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP designs - Ensure seamless flow of design information among all project stakeholders Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: - Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and applicable codes - Handle the documentation and coordination required for obtaining necessary approvals from statutory authorities Innovation & Value Engineering: - Promote innovative and sustainable architectural solutions - Implement value engineering to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and project costs Team & Consultant Management: - Lead in-house design teams and manage external architects, consultants, and vendors - Assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure high standards of design quality Project Monitoring & Quality Control: - Monitor design progress in line with project schedules and budgets - Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality and compliance with design intent Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain comprehensive design documentation including drawings, BOQs, and approvals - Prepare timely reports for management and project teams on design progress and milestones
