If you love turning conversations into contracts, nurturing international relationships, and confidently pitching value-driven digital support services, this role will feel like home. 🧩 Responsibilities - Generate, qualify, nurture, and convert international leads into paying clients. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, agencies, and entrepreneurs across multiple markets. - Pitch tailored solutions based on client needs across VA, Digital Marketing, and AI-assisted support. - Manage a high-conversion pipeline using CRMs, outreach tools, and LinkedIn/Email strategies. - Proactively close sales with goal-oriented discipline and persuasive presentation. - Collaborate with service teams for smooth onboarding and delivery alignment. 📌 Must-Have Experience - 2–4 years in international sales/conversion, with direct exposure to US/Canada/Europe. - Experience handling clients independently from pitch to closing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. - Ability to understand digital services and present value creatively. 💰 Compensation - Base Salary: ₹2,00,000 per annum - Performance Bonuses: Up to ₹5,00,000 per year (based on closed-deal revenue milestones) - Total Potential Earnings: ₹7,00,000 per annum 💎 What Success Looks Like You’ll help global leaders reclaim their time, and in return, unlock success through autonomy, rewarding incentives, and a forward-thinking, creative professional environment.
