We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and address customer queries. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information. Schedule appointments or product demos, if required. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Maintain professional communication and build rapport with customers. Requirements: Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
