Key Responsibilities
Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and the website, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.
Coordinate Creative Collaborations:
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to organize and execute photoshoots, collaborations, and promotional events, managing logistics and timelines.
Create and Manage Content:
Brainstorm content ideas, write compelling captions, and schedule posts across social media platforms. Assist in designing visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Manage Paid Advertising:
Help set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), tracking key performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CPA.
Support PR and Media Outreach:
Work with PR teams to ensure consistent media coverage, build relationships with influencers, and manage the distribution of press materials and product samples.
Analyze Campaign Performance:
Collect and analyze campaign data to measure success, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Coordinate with Vendors and Teams:
Act as a point of contact for external vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
Stay Trend-Savvy:
Monitor and stay ahead of trends in fashion, social media, and digital marketing to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields such as Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with prior experience in the fashion D2C (direct-to-consumer) space IS A MUST.
3. Hands-on experience with key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, understanding their specific features, audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
4. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, including experience creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
5. Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for designing visually engaging content.
6. Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, and platform-specific insights for evaluating and improving campaign performance.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging captions and marketing content.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
10. Creative thinker with a strong understanding of fashion trends, social media algorithms, and strategies to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
11. Driven, dedicated, and disciplined, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
12. Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, PR coordination, or e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
