The Role:

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Product Manager who can join our team of experts contribute, learn and grow.

You will be one of the founding members of the organization where you learn from experts, practice product ideation and Ai enabled product development. This opportunity will help you ideate, build and scale new products.

Responsibilities:

Product Ideation

- Understand the core product, business, and customer needs of the customers we work with and ideate new product offerings
- Perform market analysis for identifying TAM and viability
- Conduct user interviews and user research to understand core user needs and find the right target customer segments

Product Strategy

- Come up with a strong and detailed product proposal to address the unmet needs of the customer segments
- Work with the leadership team in aligning the product proposals with the strategy and come up with a detailed product plan to build, launch and scale the products

Product Development

- Build a good product specification that encompasses the product development for all the stakeholders involved
- Build product prototypes with Ai assisted tools like Replit, Cursor
- Be a tech savvy PM working with the engineering team in coming up with the dev design of the product and develop the product together

Coordination and Partnership

- Partner with the UX, Marketing and Sales team in designing, promoting, launching and scaling the product
- Keep the stakeholders updated on the progress and action plan
- Acting as an effective decision maker in resolving cross team conflicts and competing priorities

Product Launch and Scale

- Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate product launches with marketing and sales teams
- Create compelling product messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral
- Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to refine product positioning and iterate
- Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience

- Min 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment
- E2E product development experience

Product and Growth Expertise

- Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Good knowledge of growth hacking techniques, user acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with data analytics, metrics tracking, and A/B testing tools
- Ability to prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.

Technical Proficiency

- Experience with software development processes and technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, define and understand technical concepts
- Suggest and resolve tech challenges with product ideas and iterations

Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in using analytics tools to track product metrics and measure success

Communication and Collaboration

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders without authority
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for Product Innovation

- Enthusiasm for startups, and a passion for creating innovative products
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Education

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science Engineering
- MBA would be added advantage
