About the Role Optym is seeking a Visual Designer to craft engaging, data-rich experiences for our enterprise products in the transportation and logistics space. You'll collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to transform complex information into clear, visually compelling designs across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you'll help define how data is visualized and experienced — creating interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. You'll also contribute to Optym's internal design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our suite of enterprise products. What You'll Do - Design intuitive, visually consistent web and mobile interfaces. - Build and maintain internal design systems, ensuring scalability and visual consistency. - Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets for both product and marketing use. - Ensure seamless collaboration with developers for pixel-perfect design implementation. - Contribute to the evolution of Optym's design language across product teams. What You Bring - 2–3 years of experience in visual, UI, or product design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI principles and visual storytelling. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). - Strong understanding of responsive design, color theory, and typography. - Experience in maintaining and expanding design systems for internal use. - Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
