Visual Designer

About the Role We're looking for a Visual Designer who's equal parts storyteller, motion designer, and illustrator. Someone who can turn static screens into living, breathing experiences — using visuals, transitions, and motion to bring personality to the Frnd brand. You'll work closely with the product design and marketing teams to define and evolve FRND's visual identity across product, campaigns, and social media. What You'll Do Own and evolve Frnd's visual and illustration library — ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. Craft stunning motion designs, animations, and micro-interactions that bring life to our UI and stories. Collaborate with product designers to define visual hierarchies, transitions, and interaction patterns. Contribute to and expand our design system with motion and visual components. Stay ahead of trends in animation, visual design, and storytelling — and bring fresh ideas to the table. What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in visual design, motion design, or animation. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, illustrations, and storytelling through design. Mastery in tools like After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Understanding of motion principles, timing, and easing. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
