Role - Business Development Executive - This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients maintaining existing client relationships and achieving business growth through the successful implementation of client solutions - The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and provide end-to-end solutions that exceed client expectations Qualifications - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills- Experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets- Experience in business development and lead generation- Experience in end to end international US service sales- Ability to quickly understand the requirements and provide customized solutions- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Knowledge of Business Process Management Outsourcing Solutions and BpaaS Solutions- Master s degree in business administration or related field is a plusCriteria - Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDE in handling US region market The last experience has to be that - Best salary performance-based commission- Excellent communication Written Verbal and presentation skills - Open to work as an Individual contributor- Willing to work in US shifts - Work from office ref updazz com
