Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in HR and are eager to learn and contribute to various HR functions. The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
Employee Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the completion of required paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing queries and concerns.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
HR Operations:
Learn and contribute to HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Training and Development:
Support training initiatives and programs for employee skill enhancement.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
