Key Responsibilities: Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement - Develop & execute brand activation campaigns, trade promotions, and consumer engagement programs. - Implement strategies to boost brand awareness & customer loyalty. Channel & Trade Marketing - Manage channel strategies, budget planning & performance analysis. - Build & nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal teams. - Oversee loyalty programs, merchandising & trade marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Consumer Goods/Beauty & Personal Care preferred). Strong knowledge of retail channels, trade marketing, and campaign execution. Excellent people skills, logical thinking, and MS Excel proficiency. A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic & experimental environment.
