About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing operations in Goa. This role demands a creative strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while effectively managing and mentoring a team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of marketing associates to plan and execute regional marketing initiatives. - Design and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and local insights. - Strengthen brand visibility through community marketing, partnerships, and events. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize strategies for better results. - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Field Marketing (preferably in EdTech or Education). - Proven experience in team management and leadership. - Strong understanding of campaign planning, market research, and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Laptop ownership is mandatory.
