As we scale, we are strengthening our marketing leadership to build a strong, credible brand presence in the B2B and IT services space.We are looking for a senior marketing professional who can think strategically, own execution, and work closely with leadership to drive brand visibility and business growth.Role OverviewAs Marketing Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy, you will own Cidroy’s overall marketing and brand direction. This includes brand positioning, digital presence, content strategy, and demand-generation initiatives.You will work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Technology teams to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand OwnershipDefine and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy end to endStrengthen positioning in IT services, ERP, and enterprise solutionsOwn brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication toneDigital Marketing & ContentOversee LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and relevant digital channelsDrive content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, campaigns, and employer brandingEnsure consistency, quality, and performance across all marketing outputsDemand Generation & Business SupportDesign and run campaigns supporting lead generation and sales enablementCollaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectivesTrack KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize ROICross-Functional CollaborationPartner with tech teams to simplify and communicate complex offeringsWork with HR on employer branding and culture-led initiativesAct as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teamsVendor & Resource ManagementMentor junior marketing resources or agencies where applicableManage external vendors, tools, and marketing budgetsQualifications & ExperienceMBA (Mandatory) from a reputed instituteIIMs or other top-tier colleges strongly preferred5+ years of experience in marketing roles within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven organizationsStrong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise buyer journeysProven experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign executionStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityStrong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsWhy Join CidroyHigh-ownership role with visibility and direct impact on business growthOpportunity to shape and scale the marketing functionClose collaboration with leadership and decision-makersCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and impactWork from our Goa office with a growing and ambitious teamInterested candidates are requested to apply by filling out the Google Form linked below. https://forms.gle/Jxbu6MLj5ijjPb6y7
