Job Description :

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of AI-driven SaaS solutions, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable and impactful products. You will own the product roadmap, define market strategy, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, aligning with company objectives and AI-driven market trends.
- AI & SaaS Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of AI capabilities in SaaS to create innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Competitive Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, assess competitors, and identify opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer & Data-Driven Decisions: Use customer insights, data analytics, and AI trends to prioritize features and improve user experience.
- Execution & Delivery: Define clear product requirements, ensure timely execution, and oversee successful product launches.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success and adoption.

Qulaifications:

- 7-10 years of product management experience, with a strong background in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in SaaS and a deep understanding of their business impact.
- Technically well-versed, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business opportunities.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-powered SaaS products.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school, B.Tech from a top engineering institution.
