Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the definition and scaling of key intelligence capabilities, work across teams to develop impactful use cases, and collaborate on integration within CINDE applications and agentic Copilot experiences. Your focus will be on enabling real-time, predictive, and actionable insights that fuel smarter supply chain decisions from headquarters to warehouse to storefront.

What You Will Do:

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Supply Chain Intelligence Suite across domains including sales and distribution, order management, fulfillment, omni-channel enablement, store operations, replenishment, demand forecasting, network optimization, inventory management, manufacturing planning, and advanced supply chain analytics.
- Build and launch AI-powered capabilities, including embedded Copilots, agentic workflows, and scenario-based intelligence applications for supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, planning, and operations teams.
- Lead development of centralized dashboards and API-accessible data models that serve up dynamic, role-based recommendations across CINDE modules (e.g., Demand Sensing, Inventory Optimization, Order Orchestration, Replenishment Planning, Capacity Planning, Shelf Execution, and Manufacturing Optimization).
- Drive integration of first-party, syndicated, and third-party datasets to fuel real-time performance measurement, predictive modeling, and closed-loop supply chain optimization.
- Collaborate with platform engineering, ML teams, and UX to deliver high-performance, scalable, and intuitive user experiences across central office, warehouses, and store operations.
- Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market assets, sales enablement content, and pricing models for intelligence-driven supply chain features.
- Support cross-domain product launches, acting as the strategic intelligence layer across demand, inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and store operations applications.
- Ensure tight alignment with broader CINDE product vision, including semantic models, knowledge graph integration, and GenAI platform services.

What you&aposll bring:

- Proven experience in developing enterprise-grade AI or analytics platforms for supply chain, operations, distribution, or manufacturing use cases.
- Strong understanding with any of supply chain capabilities, including:

- Demand Forecasting, AI/ML-driven Demand Sensing,
- Supply Planning, Network Optimization, Inventory Targeting, Capacity Planning, Inventory Optimization
- Manufacturing Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Sequencing and Optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and ML models into actionable supply chain products that solve real user problems and drive adoption.
- Strategic mindset with a strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in building products at the intersection of data, UX, and AI, with a bias for user-centric design and scalable architecture.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity; ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments with evolving market needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or AI/analytics platforms.
- Experience in supply chain technology, particularly in demand planning, fulfillment, replenishment, inventory, manufacturing, or multi-channel operations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications, GenAI/Copilot architectures, and data pipeline orchestration in a supply chain context.
- Strong technical fluency, including experience with APIs, modern data stacks, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing product strategy and commercial success.
