We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
