About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Collection Head to lead our collections team. The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets. ● Develop and implement effective collection strategies. ● Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers. ● Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports. ● Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions. Requirements ● Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline). ● 3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management. ● Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
