The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets.- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.- Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers.- Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports.- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions.Requirements- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).- 3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
