Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-agency Program Manager to work directly with the founder&aposs office in

accelerating GrayQuest&aposs growth through strategic distribution partnerships. You will own the

end-to-end partnership development processfrom relationship building and deal

structuring to implementation and performance optimizationdirectly contributing to

GrayQuest&aposs mission of embedding financial services across India&aposs education ecosystem.

Strategic Partnership Development

- Channel Expansion: Build and optimize relationships with financial institutions and

technology partners to drive customer acquisition and transaction growth

- Partnership Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize

market penetration through existing and new channel relationships

- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work with strategic partners to develop integrated

marketing approaches, customer onboarding processes, and service offerings that

drive platform adoption

Partner Execution & Management

- End-to-End Ownership: Lead complete partnership lifecycle from initial outreach

and negotiation to contract execution, implementation, and ongoing relationship

management

- Performance Optimization: Establish partnership KPIs, track channel performance,

and continuously optimize distribution strategies to maximize revenue and market

penetration

partnership outcomes, going beyond defined responsibilities to drive results, and

treating partner success as personal success

- High Agency Mindset: Evidence of proactive relationship building, creative
