We are seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and collaborating with various teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and explain discrepancies in financial results.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel.
- Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
