Job Description Key Responsibilities - Utilize financial acumen and investment expertise to assess client portfolios, collaborate with the Research and Advisory team, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with client goals. - Track HNI/Ultra-HNI markets to identify and acquire new clients while staying informed on investment opportunities and market trends. - Drive business development through relationship growth, increased revenue, and improved client retention. - Achieve product-specific and cross-selling targets based on demographic, lifestyle, and risk profiling. - Develop and execute sales strategies (inbound and outbound) to acquire new high-value clients. - Conduct risk profiling for all mapped clients and recommend suitable investment products. - Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance records to monitor and track business progress. Skills and Competencies - Proficiency in analyzing financial and wealth management tools. - Strong ability to benchmark performance and execute strategic initiatives. - Effective client relationship management and external networking. - Excellent customer service orientation with organizational and interpersonal skills. - Decision-making and ownership mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. - Adherence to compliance, regulatory, and organizational standards. - Collaborative and inclusive mindset aligned with diversity and equity principles. Preferred Qualifications and Experience - MBA, CA, or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. - Relevant certifications in Wealth Management or Investment Advisory. - Proven expertise in investment advisory, client relationship management, and wealth management.
