About Us Ved Shanti Biomass Energy Fuels is a company that makes biomass briquettes a clean and eco-friendly fuel used in various industries We help replace traditional coal and wood with renewable energy What You ll Do Identify and connect with potential B2B customers to generate new orders for biomass briquettes as boiler fuel Present and pitch the advantages of switching from coal wood to renewable fuel focusing on cost efficiency and sustainability Build strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements addressing queries and providing product guidance Convert leads into confirmed orders and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for on-time deliveries Maintain clear records of sales visits customer interactions and order pipeline Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Provide market insights and feedback to management to help refine our sales approach Who Can Apply Minimum 1-2 years of proven field sales experience preferably in B2B industrial products Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and or English Confident result-driven and comfortable with regular local travel for client meetings Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals Interested in working with renewable energy and driving adoption of sustainable solutions Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Internship Contractual Temporary Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Expected hours 50 per week Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Paid sick time Experience Field sales 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Location Ambala Haryana Preferred Work Location In person
