Asst Manager From Production Flow to Perfect Output Job Description Experience/: 6/+ yrs Salary/: Based on Previous Experience Education/: Diploma/BE in Mech What You will do/: Operational Oversight/: You will manage the daily operations of the assembly department, including staffing, material flow, equipment scheduling, and ensuring all production targets and deadlines are met for assembled plastic components. Process Optimization and Lean Implementation/: You will actively monitor and analyze assembly workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. You will lead the implementation of Lean methodologies to continuously improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance line balancing. Quality and Standards/: You will collaborate closely with the Quality team to enforce assembly standards, conduct in/-process quality checks, and swiftly implement Corrective Actions CAs to eliminate assembly defects and ensure product conformance. Team Leadership and Development/: You will mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Assembly Supervisors and Operators, managing performance, conducting training on new assembly fixtures or processes, and fostering a disciplined, safety/-conscious team culture.
