JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Working Location: T.NagarPosition: Asst. Manager Accounts & FinanceQualification: CA InterExperience: FresherCTC: 4.8 LPA (Maximum)Work: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities: 1.Financial Planning and Reporting: oPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit &Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.oOversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.oDevelop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow forbudgeting and decision-making.2.Accounts Management: oEnsure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.oManage accounts receivable and payable functions, including vendormanagement.oSupervise day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledgerreconciliation.3.Taxation and Compliance: oEnsure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations, including GSTand Income Tax.oFiling of statutory returns, including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other regulatoryfilings.oLiaise with government authorities and external auditors to ensure compliancewith all statutory requirements.4.Cost Management: oMonitor company costs and suggest cost-reduction strategies.oOversee the costing and pricing of products/services.5.Treasury and Cash Flow Management: oManage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
