Your role will be vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for helping others. In this position, you will need to actively listen to customers, empathize with their situations, and find suitable solutions to meet their needs. Your contributions will not only enhance the customer experience but also play a significant role in promoting the image of Light House Malls as a customer-centric organization. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and guide them through our offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and updates accurately in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- High school diploma is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
